At Heavenly Made By Miss T, every item is created and package with love and care. Because of the nature of our products, we ony accept returns for defective or damaged items only.
Returns:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if any items arrives damaged or defective.
Please use our Contact page and include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Approved returns will receive a prepaid USPS return label. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your item, approve refunds will be issue to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
